Frequently Asked Questions

Can you accommodate orders that need to be delivered or shipped to another state?
In cases where final disposition is outside our local service area, we will assist you in obtaining shipping and installation costs.

How long does it take to complete a monument or memorial?
Upon completion of the necessary documents, we strive to have your order complete within two to four weeks or sooner if possible.

What if my cemetery has special requirements?
We work closely with all public and private perpetual care cemeteries.  We strive to comply with all cemetery rules and regulations governing the installation of cemetery products.  Before your order is put into production, we will contact the cemetery custodian to ensure your wishes and desires comply with the cemetery’s rules.

What is the difference between granite and marble?
Granite is more durable than marble because it is an igneous rock formed from a molten mass known as magma.  Marble is not as hard as granite because it is created by recrystallized carbonate minerals.  Marble is most prone to erosion over time, whereas granite remains intact.

Can you carve a special design?
We take pride in custom-designing all of our monuments to the desired wishes of each family.  We have many designs available and can also incorporate your ideas into the monument.

What is the protocol if someone was cremated?
There are many options available, including the burial of cremains in an urn or a monument designed for cremains within the stone.
